How cancellation and refunds work for subscriptions and token packages purchased through magnets.tg.
Billing
Subscriptions and token packages purchased through magnets.tg renew or are charged in advance. Payments are processed by Creem acting as Merchant of Record, which also handles refunds and chargebacks.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time via @wamagentsbot or by emailing support@magnets.tg. Access remains active until the end of the current paid period; no further charges are made after cancellation.
Refunds
If you were charged in error or did not use the purchased tokens or period, contact support@magnets.tg within 14 days of the charge — we review each request and issue a refund through Creem to the original payment method where applicable. Unused token packages are refundable on a pro-rata basis within 14 days of purchase.
