Cross-border transfer
IE Silenkov M. E. submits a notification to Roskomnadzor regarding the cross-border transfer of personal data to the foreign tier (Hetzner, Telegram, Deepgram) pursuant to Article 12 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, prior to the first such transfer.
Recipient countries: Germany (Hetzner), UAE (Telegram FZ-LLC), USA (Deepgram).

Changes to the list of subprocessors are published in this document and in the repository’s CHANGELOG.md. Users are notified in accordance with Part A, Section 15 of the Public Offer (procedure for amendments).
