Magnet Ltd operates the WAM Agents service and its infrastructure and is the data controller for personal data processed in the service, within the meaning of Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and of UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021. All rights in WAM Agents — software, design, trademarks and documentation — belong to Magnet Ltd.

IE Artem Polyanskiy distributes WAM Agents subscriptions on behalf of Magnet Ltd. It does not operate the service and does not determine how personal data is processed in the service. It processes its own sales and accounting records as a separate controller, as required by Georgian law.

Creem acts as the merchant of record and authorised reseller for WAM Agents subscriptions. You acquire the subscription from Creem, while the service is provided and licensed by Magnet Ltd, which remains responsible for the service itself. Creem enters into the purchase transaction with you, collects payment, issues the invoice and accounts for any applicable VAT or sales tax. The charge appears on your statement under the Creem name. Creem processes your payment data as an independent data controller. Purchases are subject to the Creem Buyer Terms; invoices, payment history, payment-method changes and cancellation are available in the Creem customer portal.
