How cancellation and refunds work for subscriptions and token packages purchased through magnets.tg.
Billing
The Service comes in two plans. Free costs nothing and needs no payment method: 200 Ⓜ in your first month, then 100 Ⓜ a month. Pro is USD 13.90 per calendar month, paid in advance, with 400 Ⓜ a month; if you subscribe to Pro within 7 days of registering, the first month costs USD 1.39 and the full price applies from the second month. On Pro you can also buy magnet packs: 500 Ⓜ for USD 9.90, 1,500 Ⓜ for USD 27.90 or 5,000 Ⓜ for USD 89.90 — packs are not available on Free.
Subscriptions and magnet packs purchased through magnets.tg renew or are charged in advance. Payments are processed by Creem acting as Merchant of Record, which also handles refunds and chargebacks.
Magnets
Subscription magnets are valid until the end of the paid period and are granted afresh at the start of the next one; unused ones do not roll over. Pack magnets never expire and stay with you if you change plans or renew. When the agent works, it spends subscription magnets first and pack magnets after. If the agent deducted magnets but did not deliver a result because of a failure, those magnets come back automatically.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time via @wamagentsbot or by emailing support@magnets.tg. Access remains active until the end of the current paid period; no further charges are made after cancellation.
Refunds
If you were charged in error or did not use the purchased magnets or period, contact support@magnets.tg within 14 days of the charge — we review each request and issue a refund through Creem to the original payment method where applicable. Unused magnet packs are refundable pro rata to the unused magnets within 14 days of purchase. Magnets deducted for a failed operation are refunded automatically, without a request. Bonus magnets are not refundable.
