Refund and cancellation policy
How cancellation and refunds work for subscriptions and magnet packs purchased through magnets.tg.
Billing
The Service comes in two plans. Free costs nothing and needs no payment method: 200 Ⓜ in your first month, then 100 Ⓜ a month. Pro is USD 13.90 per calendar month, paid in advance, with 400 Ⓜ a month; if you subscribe to Pro within 7 days of registering, the first month costs USD 1.39 and the full price applies from the second month. On Pro you can also buy magnet packs: 500 Ⓜ for USD 9.90, 1,500 Ⓜ for USD 27.90 or 5,000 Ⓜ for USD 89.90 — packs are not available on Free.
Subscriptions and magnet packs purchased through magnets.tg renew or are charged in advance. Payments are processed by Creem acting as Merchant of Record, which also handles refunds and chargebacks. Where @wamagentsbot offers it, you can also pay in Telegram Stars; such payments go through Telegram, not Creem, and Magnet Ltd sells these purchases itself. A payment in Stars is always one-off: Pro paid in Stars lasts 30 days and does not renew on its own.
Magnets
Subscription magnets are valid until the end of the paid period and are granted afresh at the start of the next one; unused ones do not roll over. Pack magnets never expire and stay with you if you change plans or renew. When the agent works, it spends subscription magnets first and pack magnets after. If the agent deducted magnets but did not deliver a result because of a failure, those magnets come back automatically.
Auto top-up
Auto top-up stays off until you turn it on yourself — in /balance, on a separate screen where you choose the pack, the balance threshold and how many times in 30 days the pack may be bought. When your balance falls to the threshold, the pack is bought and charged to the card you saved with Creem — at most once a day, no more than the number of times you chose in any 30 days, at the price you saw on that screen. Auto top-up does not work with Telegram Stars: nothing is charged in Stars without you. After every charge you get a message with the amount and your new balance. A declined charge is not retried — we send a link to pay manually; after two declines in a row auto top-up pauses. You can turn it off at any time with one tap — «Turn off» in a charge message or in /balance; turning off your subscription’s auto-renewal turns it off too. Any refund — for a pack or for your subscription — turns auto top-up off as well; you can turn it on again in /balance. If the bank confirms a charge after auto top-up was turned off, we don’t add the pack and refund the money ourselves.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time via @wamagentsbot (/status → «Turn off auto-renewal»), in the Creem customer portal with the e-mail you paid with, or by emailing support@magnets.tg. Access remains active until the end of the current paid period; no further charges are made after cancellation, and auto top-up is turned off too. You can also withdraw permission to use a saved card at any time — after that nothing is charged to it (Terms, Section 10.3a).
Refunds
If you were charged in error or did not use the purchased magnets or period, contact support@magnets.tg within 14 days of the charge — we review each request and issue a refund through Creem to the original payment method where applicable. Unused magnet packs are refundable pro rata to the unused magnets within 14 days of purchase; an automatically purchased pack none of whose magnets has been spent is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of the charge. Purchases paid in Telegram Stars are refunded in Stars to your Stars balance, not in money; for questions about a Stars payment use /paysupport in @wamagentsbot. Magnets deducted for a failed operation are refunded automatically, without a request. Bonus magnets are not refundable.
